Deposit T&C’s
Important booking information:
Table bookings are for 1 hour 45mins, to allow for cleaning in between bookings. Your booking confirmation will say 2 hours to allow for this.
A deposit will be required for all table reservations. Deposits are non refundable and will be deducted from your bill. It is up to the lead booker to make themselves known to the staff, in order for the deposit to be redeemed.
If tables are not taken within 15 mins of booking time, your booking will be forfeited and your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are liable for full payment of deposit. Please contact bookings@kuckoorocks.com if you have any questions with your booking.
Bottomless Brunch T&C’s & FAQ’S
Full payment is required at the time of booking via this website. Our Bottomless Brunch is a bookable only event.
Our full cocktail menu is included within our brunch which includes Cocktails, Wine, Prosecco, Beer and spirit mixers. Champagne & Premium Spirits aren’t included. For those attending and not drinking alcohol, we have a selection of soft drinks, 0% beer and our cocktails can be requested to be made without alcohol too.
If you wish to add anymore guests onto your original booking, please book online and use the same booking name and your group will be together. We kindly ask for large groups to be booked using one lead booker.
Dietary requirements: Kuckoo can offer gluten-free pizza bases; however, due to the high risk of cross-contamination in our kitchens, these are only suitable for guests with a gluten intolerance and not for those with a severe allergy or coeliac disease. We can cater for vegetarians, vegan and dairy free too. These must be preordered via bookings@kuckoorocks.com once the booking has been made and at least 48hrs prior to your booking.
Seating will be allocated based on size of group and when the booking was made. As our seating within the bar is fixed, your group may be split across more than one booth/table depending on size. Smaller groups may be seated together with other small groups.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your table, DIY masterclass or Bottomless Brunch booking and have already made a payment, we require 48 hours notice for full refund. If under this time, a no show on the day or a member of your group can’t attend on the night, a refund is not available. Please ensure all Brunch/DIY group members are aware of these terms.
DIY classes start at the time they are booked for. Please be mindful of our opening times and other DIY Classes that may still be in progress, just in case you plan on arriving early. If you arrive late, time will be deducted from your allocated session.
Dress Code
If any members of your party are dressed inappropriately, which includes wearing caps/hats, sports wear (smart, clean fashion trainers allowed) or are intoxicated, they will be refused entry.
If you wish to start a tab for your drinks, a credit/debit card is required.
