Booking Terms & Conditions
Important booking information:
Bookings are for 1 hour 45mins, to allow for cleaning in between bookings. Your booking confirmation will say 2 hours to allow for this.
A deposit will be required for all table reservations. Deposits are non refundable and will be deducted from your bill.
If tables are not taken within 15 mins of booking time, your booking will be forfeited and your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are liable for full payment of deposit. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions with your booking.

DIY classes start at the time they are booked for. Please be mindful of our opening times and other DIY Classes that may still be in progress, just in case you plan on arriving early. If you arrive late, time will be deducted from your allocated session.
If you wish to cancel your table or DIY masterclass booking and have already made a payment, we require 48 hours notice for full refund. If under this time, a no show on the day or a member of your DIY class can’t attend on the night, a refund is not available. Please ensure all DIY group members are aware of these terms.
If any members of your party are dressed inappropriately, which includes wearing hats, sports wear (inc trainers) or are intoxicated, they will be refused entry.
If you wish to start a tab for your drinks, a credit/debit card is required.
