Deposit T&C’s

Important booking information:
A deposit will be required for all table reservations. Deposits are non refundable and will be deducted from your bill.
If tables are not taken within 15 mins of booking time, your booking will be forfeited and your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are liable for full payment of deposit. Please contact Bookings@Kuckoorocks.com, if you have any questions with your booking.


DIY T&C’s

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment is accepted via this website and BACS.
Deposit payment is accepted via BACS and must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booth or DIY masterclass booking and have already made a payment, we require 48 hours notice for full refund. If under this time, a no show on the day or a member of your DIY class can’t attend on the night, a refund is not available. Please ensure all DIY group members are aware of these terms.

DIY classes start at the time they are booked for. If you arrive late, time will be deducted from your allocated session.


Dress Code

If any members of your party are dressed inappropriately, which includes wearing hats, sports wear (inc trainers) or are intoxicated, they will be refused entry.

If you wish to start a tab for your drinks, a credit/debit card is required.
